The NSW Student Environment Activist Network (SEAN) is a massive network of lots of different uni enviro groups and students and activists and generally interested people.

The Australian Student Environment Network is made up of campus environment collectives all over the continent working for a just and sustainable future. ASEN aims to provide resources and support to collectives across the country, share skills, passion, experience, resources, ideas and run campaigns together for positive social change.

ASEN is non-hierarchical and a grassroots network for environmental justice. You can get involved in campaigns to stop climate change or nuclear power, work alongside Indigenous peoples in struggles for sovereignty or campaign to end logging of old growth forests.

People all over the country care about the things you care about - together we are strong. We might live far apart, and have different skills and backgrounds, but we share common passions and commitments.  ASEN can help you set up a food co-operative or school / campus environment collective, learn new skills, participate in a national campaign or support your local one.

A self-organising network ASEN works to be inclusive and aims explicitly to break down sexism, homophobia, racism and class and geographical barriers. Each collective chooses what they want to campaign for as a group; each individual chooses how they direct their energy and strengths.

ASEN organises two of the most amazing annual events on the environmental calendar – ASEN National Training Camp & the Students of Sustainability Conference - both events aim to share resources, ideas and passion to create positive social change. This year SoS will be at Monash, the theme will be doing it for ourselves.
